On August 25, 2009, Sichuan Financing Supermarket for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises was opened in Chengdu. It is the first financing platform providing public financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises. This Supermarket integrates financing, guarantee, equity leasing, property transaction, microcredit and other institutions. Currently, it is the largest and most comprehensive provincial financing service platform all over the country.

This Supermarket has integrated banks, SME credit guarantee institutions, start-up and investment institutions, financial leasing institutions, property right trading institutions, trusts and microcredit institutions, including Bank of China Sichuan Branch, Bank of Chengdu, Chengdu SME Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Xin An Guarantee Co., Ltd.

According to Mr. Wang Yongqi, director of Sichuan SME Credit and Guarantee Association, this Financing Supermarket is presently the largest and most comprehensive financing service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. The whole Supermarket would provide more than RMB 5 billion each year if every institution could provide RMB 5~10 million for
small and medium-sized enterprises each month.
